overall pretty good, but internet coverage can be wider around the campus, between buildings
It was a good 2 years of my life
Great place for a university experience as well as the intellectual challenge. You meet so many people from different places
Interesting courses, diverse community
Good university. Lots of offer, good quality teaching and nice campus vibe.
The staff here and environment are really good and make me feel like home
Great campus, ample spaces for studying and relaxing alike.
I think everything is good so far
While I truly appreciate the university’s potential in fostering a mixed-race and culturally diverse future, it’s clear that the focus on financial gain has overshadowed the original mission of promoting integration and cultural understanding. There seems to be a disconnect between students of different backgrounds, with a growing number of students from wealthier backgrounds, and a lack of effort to integrate students across years and modules. The only real avenue for integration appears to be through the student union, which feels insufficient. The university has the opportunity to be a beacon of cultural harmony, but it seems to fall short when it comes to fostering a truly inclusive environment on a day-to-day basis.
Loving my time at UCL so far, I love the campus and the facilities, from the cafes to the libraries. The SU is also fun with tons of societies and clubs, and weekly activities outside of those too. My friends are also enjoying their time at UCL.
