I have had the most amazing three years studying for my undergraduate degree at Loughborough! I loved studying at a single site campus university because the accommodation, lectures and Student's Union were all in one convenient place. This gives the campus a real buzz and there was always something to get involved with. The hall spirit is amazing and is something unique to Loughborough, which contributes to the friendly atmosphere everyone experiences when they arrive on campus. I was also impressed with the level of support I received throughout the course of my degree, particularly through being assigned a personal tutor who would regularly contact me each semester to ensure I was on track with my work. I also received tailored careers advice throughout my three years from the Careers Network who offer a wealth of free support services including CV checks and mock group interview workshops. There really is something for everyone at Loughborough and I would definitely recommend it!

I was afraid to move to a little town from a city, but the past two years have been the best years of my life so far. I got involved with Action (volunteering section in the Students' Union) the very first week and one-by-one I tried all sections. There are so many opportunities for everyone, from having real responsibilities of being a representative or a section head to just having a casual sing along with Stage Society. The facilities are modern and the campus is kept clean. The Careers Services helped me build my skills set and CV and they encourage students to go on a placement year whilst as university. It's a great experience and I don't regret coming to Loughborough University.

There is no place like Loughborough. From the very first day I stepped on to the campus to the present day, Loughborough has never failed to blow me away in some aspect. My time at this University was one I will never forget. Loughborough town may not have all the perks of a large city, but the University is like no other. Not only are there a wide range of courses for you to choose from; whatever your interests or hobbies, there is always something for you to do when you're not studying. I found myself constantly star struck by the celebrities you see on campus, spending hours in the brilliantly resourced library and labs, humbled through the volunteering and charity projects you can take part in, and experiencing some of the best nights out ever. There is a reason behind Loughborough's reputation as one of the best Universities in the country, and once you've visited it, you'll know why.
My Loughborough experience has been unforgettable! The community feel is simply like no other and the list of opportunities provided is endless. The support and facilities available from the university is world class which really does make the difference to the student experience.
Whatever you want to do, Loughborough can cater for you. Whether it's excel in academia or take part in one of hundreds of the extra curricular opportunities you will always feel at home. I spent 4 years at the university and loved every second, it wasn't even my degree that helped me get a job, it was the experiences I gained form the opportunities that they provide beside it that the employers loved.

Loughborough is a fantastic institution with a great array of additional activities to get involved with alongside a great quality course.
I had an unbelievable experience at Loughborough University. I came to Loughborough doing athletics at national level and on to the Sports Science with Management course back in 2011. I was able to train 10 times a week alongside dedicated many hours to my studies. It is the perfect place to combine sport and academia. Despite my athletics season not going as well as I'd hoped, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the university. The facilities are simply incredible, you don't get them anywhere else! I eventually ended up playing football before I finished my degree for the university side after athletics didn't go to plan. There are so many different opportunities to get involved with, there really is something for absolutely everyone!

I absolutely loved being a Loughborough student. From day one I knew I had made the right choice. Moving into halls with people who are now friends for life, learning about something I was really interested in, from some of the top academics in the field and having the combination of hard work and an epic social life makes me wish I could do it all over again. I am so proud of everything my friends and I have gone on to achieve.
From the moment I arrived on my first day of Freshers at Loughborough, I felt right at home. The University provided me with the most rewarding three-year experience of my life, throwing up countless opportunities left, right and centre.
My four years at Loughborough were the best years of my life. Staying in Rigg-Rut halls, I completely made the most of the true accommodation experience. I immediately felt at home. In my second year, I really came into my own when I joined LSU Societies. Here, I made lifelong friends as well as being offered the opportunity to expand my extra-curricular interests. The SU is one of the best nights out in the country. With three different clubs, there’s something for everyone. If you’re not feeling it and want to go home, that’s no problem – campus is well lit and I never felt in any danger walking back alone. It’s not all about alcohol though, and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved with charity through RAG and Action. Town is small, but that only adds to the community atmosphere. I loved both courses that I studied for and the standard of teaching was fantastic. I have left Loughborough with two degrees, but I have also enjoyed every second of them.

The drop in career help is good.
The campus is massive and is full of everything you will need even a shop and some resturant. Loughborough is definitely known for its student union, which is one of the best by far. The union is open for nights out and is great during the day for help. The career services is great and easy to make an appointment and they check your CV and give good advice. There is also a parcel office where parcel can be easily be collect especially if you live on campus.
Love the university overall. I am a meme we of a sports club which is very social and a great way to meet people. The union is sound for a night out. Would recommend

The campus facilities you can't fault at all it just has everything I would ever need or want, the union and the careers service are great but the internet drops sometimes.
Socials are good. Facilities are good.
The university has nailed the student experience. So much to do and very helpful staff. Leaving this uni will be very difficult!
Everything is amazing here apart from the Wi-Fi. Around campus it seems to be stronger but in Cayley its terribly slow.
I have had such an amazing experience in my first term here. From life in halls, to the course, to joining societies and sports. Although initially i was worried about it being a campus uni I have loved the campus life and wouldn't change it if i could, great having everything and everyone in the one campus, creates a really good feel.

I can't imagine a better place to go to university. The options for charity work, travel, career, volunteering, societies and of course - sport are unparalleled. Every day is a new experience and so much fun!
Although the WiFi can be dodgy at times, the campus is beautiful and has all the facilities I need. There is also a great range of societies for all tastes
The Internet covers pretty much the whole campus, and the facilities, particularly the sports facilities are excellent. There is a huge range of clubs and societies, and the students union has a range of shops and services

The student union is amazing. There's something for everyone with a variety of different music rooms on nights out. The cafes provide good standard of food as well as the shopping facilities on campus.

Facilities are amazing for my sport and the student is excellent for the socials especially FND. The WIFI has been excellent so far no issues whatsoever but i am aware some other students have had issues.

Amazing campus, really beautiful and huge! Unbelievable quality of sports facilities, I'm in 3 different sports clubs and love all the opportunities! It's all open to you as long as you just go for it. Societies are just as extensive, you can make your own if there's anything you'd like in particular! Awesome students union with all the services you'd need as a student. Careers service is good: useful for exploring all possible job opportunities but for geography they do try to coax people into joining KPMG! Wifi is really good and Vodafone service is 4G everywhere! Overall a top uni

Loughborough campus is great, with enough shops, restaurants, sporting facilities and other needs all met within campus. The students union is amazing and if you ever visit a friend in loughborough for a night at the union, you'll have a blast. There's also plenty of societies and sports to meet your interests

Loughborough is everything it appears to be. The Loughborough bubble provides everything you need, the union puts on amazing nights out and town is a fifteen minute walk to a good selection of shops.
Fantastic facilities. Wifi is decent when eduroam connects it just takes forever to connect and you have to manually connect most of the time which is very annoying
Wifi all around campus but can be hard to access sometimes, union is great and has so much to offer!
Wifi is sometimes hard to connect to and there are some places on campus where my phone will not connect. The campus is great and has almost everything we could possibly need.
Facilities are outstanding for sport but also have great facilities such as the library which has allowed me to get all the books needed for my course without having to buy any of them saving a great deal of money. The students union is great for a night out but don't really use the facilities much in the day but they do have a shop. Have been able to join a few societies allowing me to improve my CV.
Loughborough has great facilities, especially relating to sports with two gym's and a Olympic size pool. The wifi works all around campus which I have had no issues connecting too. The student union is great in the day with the area used as a cafe, as well offering a great nightlife. There are many societies and club over range of subject areas which means there is something for everyone.

Loughborough is a great place to study, especially for those interested in sports where I would say it has some of the best facilities in the UK. The only complaint I would have is that I didn't really get the support I expected in finding a career after uni.
Great if you get involved so many clubs and societies to get involved in. If you good at sport obviously the place to be as we are BUCS champions
Only downer is the WiFi which can at times be a bit hit and miss. They are working on improving it though and it is evident.
Despite it's faults, Loughborough is an amazing university and I am proud to say I am a student here.
