Required subjects for Dentistry (BDS pre-dental year entry) BDS at The University of Manchester
Our standard A-level offer is AAA including subject combinations that would be unsuitable for admission to the 5 year BDS.
Combinations of very similar subjects, for example, Biology and Human Biology or Maths and Further Maths together, are not acceptable. Two AS-levels in place of one A2-level will not be accepted.
Typical Contextual Offer: AAB including Biology and Chemistry.

Lots of opportunities to talk to patients and practice skills once in clinical years. Teaching could be more towards testing rather than prompting you to self-learn which students already do anyways. A bit too relaxed on students who are lazy and don't contribute to the class. read more
