poor wifi for many people, except me, think I am stealing it all. cleaning is alright, everyone gets a hoover and a mop. management is great, meet Shaun the security guard, best man alive (ex marine) Fairfield are anti social, the other 2 halls are very social, we do have the common room but it is rarely used since the other 2 halls dont want to travel outside to get to it (connect them?) or perhaps change the old Charlotte Mason building into a gym and common room? no clubs but the pubs makes life more social, I have been to Lancaster and if you want to get mortalled, just go there . £110 for an en suite bedroom that can be larger if lucky or tiny if not, depends what you personally feel when you get in there... get a small one and you will complain about the bigger rooms, get a bigger room and you'll be smug but definitely agree on the unfairness.

I didnt stay in halls as a student who lives in manchester already i didnt see the point.
The bedrooms are great for storage and size. Keeping your room at a decent temperature is hard, especially in summer. Kitchens are far too small for the amount of people sharing. The common area is rarely used.
