To be brutally honest, this halls for students is actually very good for what is offered, however the cleanliness and management is not amazing. Also the fact that 3 of the 5 floors are for the 'homeless' the smell of narcotics, the sound of violence from literally the door step and the constant use of bad language in the car park throughout the night pulls the overall positiveness of this building. I see what the building manager has done and I am happy with what he is trying to achieve (by getting the homeless off the streets) but when their friends know where their living, they tend to drive noisy, altered cars, music blazing and scream at the top of their voice for that person, primarily talking about where somebody is due to money issues and drugs. Overall its not a bad place to live, some uncontrollable factors from above do however make it a bit unsafe.
