Computer Games Technology, BSc Hons
By member666011 On 4th February 22I'm a Erasmus student, and I must say that having 2 modules (AI and Project) is kinda depressing. AI is just "watch my classes that are recorded in the university platform", and project is "Q&A monday, and do what you want the rest of the week"
Computer Games Technology, BSc Hons
By member1157343 On 5th May 21The course covers everything you'll need to know about game creation and even teaches coding from the very beginning. You only need existing knowledge of A level Maths to do well.
Ethical Hacking, BSc Hons
By member953983 On 8th February 21The university has adapted well for remote learning and teaching. I would like for a blend post lockdown, for content teaching on-site but have the recordings + material available online in case you can't make it to class for whatever reason allowing you to notiss out
Computer Game Applications Development, BSc Hons
By member446945 On 25th March 20MPROF in Game Development (not even listed here) is a waste of time. The closest word coming to my mind when I think about it is 'scam'. It's way below Masters level of education. Lecturers don't care about us. The feeling that they're here just to get easy money is clearly visible. We are left on our own with everything. We had to find our own projects and professional game developers to get feedback from them (if you don't know any of them personally then you have to bother unknown people - the best way to get blacklisted!). Lecturers will eventually tell you if you did enough or not - it's all that this uni has to offer. This and PC with Adobe software (other software is mostly available for free anyway) and MS Office (it's our main tool, not game engines). As a bonus, we got a module in which lecturer is focused on politics and social justice, not on game development itself. Are you ready to pay 5, 9 or 15k for this? I heard from other courses that it's not better there.

Computer Game Applications Development, BSc Hons
By Derrick On 10th August 18Staff make good support. Very good teaching and facilities
Didn't learn anything new. I wasted my time and money here, which I deeply regret. Doing the courses set me back many years. The courses have since only got worse.
