I didn't do fine art- I did Illustration but this website says it's not a valid option. The arts courses are what you make of it, if you work hard to improve then your lecturers will help you more and push you further, if you coast by you get nothing. Job wise there's loads but you have to go for it, you want to start a business? Talk to careers, they can give you £500 for free. Want to work in galleries? Contact a load and ask your lecturers to help you. Working comes more into play in third year but you can think about it earlier and get a head start. You get £50 free first year, £100 second and £150 to spend on materials- would highly advise using!
