Terrible service from a terribly run institution. Lack of organisation has resulted in many issues amongst my cohort ranging from lecturers not knowing how to answer questions based on what they are teaching, wrongly published marks- creating false hopes then completely demoralising you, timetables being issued one day before the start of a semester, the list can go on. Since I started my degree I have had to deal with countless issues such as parking to get to my lectures and being penalised as their car parks are packed to the brim. Communication during Covid-19 has been terrible also, no sense of care towards students, all they care for is getting money in the bank. Very quick to issue fines and chase up outstanding payments, but trying to get help is a mission in itself. I would not recommend UWE to anyone after 3 years studying with them. And to pay £9,250 as well is just a joke.

Learning experience is as expected, I find the course relatively enjoyable and fulfilling. Most course staff are attentive and helpful however none of them reply to emails in a reasonable time and they seem to only reply to them when they feel like it.
