- Most classes, tutorials, seminars, and lectures of 35 students or less will continue to be taught in-person. Specific remote provision will be made for students who cannot be in St Andrews at this time. Most of their large teaching activities must remain online at the start of semester. They strongly encourage students to wear face-coverings when in company indoors.

It's available as a joint degree with most subjects and the academics come from Modern Languages (and English). You study other cultures (in translation) and gain a keen eye for cultural nuance and handling text/language.
