The first year content is very similar to A-level science and geography.

Geology, BSc Hons

The university is good, however some of the lecturers are not. Left the uni after being low key bullied by the head of the course for almost a year. Didn't like that I got his favorite student pregnant

I think that the quality of some lecturers teaching methods should be improved. This is a commonly held belief within the different classes. While they are all very friendly and helpful, lectures can sometimes be boring, uninteresting and often they are not about the course or even the subject.

Geology, BSc Hons

Lecturers are enthusiastic, course materials are of a good quality and numerous. Field trips are thorough and you learn so much which is brilliant for any future fieldwork. Learning resources are available online, in the library and via tutors. Labs can be used when free to catch up on work or further learning and someone is always about to help you if you are stuck
