This course provides both the real estate and planning side of the built environment. I felt there was an even balance of learning between the two and found I enjoyed more of the planning side. The lecturers were friendly and approachable and made the content interesting and the knowledge needed for finding a job. I think the valuation side of the course can be challenging to students and so extra tuition would help.
