Good course however due it to being online there was a slight lack of support from staff

Very good course, very in-depth. A lot of lectures so some are good and some not that much. My favourite part is obviously the practical one

Biomedical Sciences, MSci Hons

By member1245889 On 19th February 20

I enjoy my course and find the content really interesting. Sometimes the quality of teaching can fall down during practicals and write ups as you dont get much help and are expected to do a lot within short amount of time during and after for the lab reports. I am not sure what i want to do after my degree.

Overall this course is fun!! My favourite part of this course is to learn about the visual and neural system (gonna specialise in these areas). My personal tutor has been very helpful, kind and supportive. She is always the one I go to if I face any difficulties or need advice.

Cannot get a biomedical job with this degree. Other universities offer accredited degrees which this is not. It was a waste of 3 years for me and I wish I went to a different university. The teaching was poor and staff were unhelpful and hostile.

at this time round with covid, no lab sessions are able to continue which you may miss out on lab skills and hands on experience. as a whole course the amount of lab sessions are already limited.
