Sure, the place is not really noise-proof, but if you get nice flatmates, hearing them singing in the middle of the night would be such a fun materials to banter with them in the next morning rather than an annoyance. The location is nearby Walthamstow Wetlands (which I love!), only a bus or a tube away from my university, and it gets quiet at night with white noise from Overground train passing by (which I also love!) Never regret my choice living here during my one-year study.

Station Court is located in Tottenham, only five minutes from the Seven Sisters London Underground station and a fifteen-minute tube ride from central London. The accommodation is close to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, Lee Valley and Tottenham Hale station.
The ground floor of the building offers a study room and common room kitted out with sofas, a TV and table football. There’s also a sunny outdoor social space that you can make use of during the summer months. When looking to grab a quick snack, there are vending machines to make use of.

The accomodation is good overall, the actual location I really don’t like because walking alone at night is quite scary, the staff is nice and helpful, the cleanliness is there, the rooms are good and new as well as the kitchen but I can hear everything in the other rooms especially when someone slams the door at night it’s quite loud and it keeps me up. Overall, I would recommend as a cheaper option

Its really quite here and the staff is really nice and helpful.
The experience was amazing the rooms were comfortable and it helped me a lot to meet new people and to socialize and experience the new places
Affordable accommodation, gets the job done.
Overall the experience was pretty good the only thing that could change was that we need more space for the common area and maybe like a pool table.
Francesco is the best guy that works here, he is so friendly and helpful! Staff is amazing. And commute is great from this place.
