Good accommodation and good rooms.
The rooms themselves are quite large and comfortable and the shared living spaces are somewhat homely. However, the accommodation is quite isolated from any social activities, repairs can be slow in the halls and the parking is a rather large issue as the university charges for a permit which it then fails to enforce leading to people paying (at least for the current academic year) £40 to be able to park somewhere secure, and still not being able to park or being asked to move by staff over vehicles that have no permit. Yet in general most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The halls are a good place for those who like to live quietly and without the loud side of student life.
