In my finals in accounting and finance and hoping to finish with a FIRST!!! Best decision I have made in a while, and generally I know most of ones complaining here, did not put in the 70% effort, thinking it’s an easy journey. So my advice if you think GSM is just the norm where you’d lazy about !!?? Sorry try somewhere else!! I hear these silly excuses even with some lazy ones in class
This organisation has lied to me institutionally. They promise me if I paid£1500 they will unlocked my portal so I will be able to submit the works, student finance took some times to replied me so I was consider like student with no approval. I managed to pay, they lied again by telling me to paid another £1500 I did they suspended me and now May 2019 they expecting me to paid £750 and £750 in June. They talking about to make me resitting when they never tried to be nice by at lease let me submit because it is not easy to come everyday, I have been coming also week day and on week end Saturday from 10 to 5pm and Sunday 11 to 3pm. The staff who decided ,works at London Bridge they will never pick up your call. I don’t have the energy to resit. Resit are for student who fail . Be capt at 40% are not my cup of tea. Well done Gsm. Remember I was not a new student I should have been treated differently as I did my first year with them.
When I applied to this college I was guided and persuaded by their sales team, even though I did not have enough qualifications they offered me a foundation year that enabled me to get into the course - I thought wow that's great. First year I got my timetable late - reason no enough staff to process their timetable and too many students to fit in one classroom. Management is the worst ever, if you ever need help let's say timetable, letters, retaking modules - the only thing they tell you is I am new I cannot help but let me pass you to my colleague or we will call you back - well that never happens and you have to keep chasing them! Only thing they are interested in is your student finance application! even if you are not attending lectures they will still inform Student Finance that you are attending and you get your maintenance loan no problem. Lectures are terrible - the structures of the course is the following one assignment and one exam - the exam is called take home exam!!!
