Required subjects for Natural Sciences Msci Hons at University of York
Essential Subjects:
Mathematics (or equivalent) at grade A is essential for all subject options except Arch/Bio/Env which requires two from Biology, Chemistry and Maths, and Neuroscience which requires Biology plus at least one from Maths, Physics or Chemistry.
Chemistry (or equivalent) for Chem/Maths/Phys, Bio/Chem/Phys at grade A is essential.
Physics (or equivalent) for Chem/Maths/Phys, Bio/Chem/Phys at grade A is essential.
Further Mathematics or Biology (or equivalent) for Mathematical Bioscience at grade A is essential.
Biology for Neuroscience at grade A is essential.
Information: Applicants taking Science A Levels that include a practical component will be required to pass.

All my classes are held at King’s manor in the town centre which is ideal for me. I haven’t been on campus much so my experience is limited but the staff in the archeology department is amazing and I love studying in this beautiful building that is so central. read more
