Entry requirements for Health Professions and Ophthalmics at University of Liverpool
Entry requirements are the formal requirements students need to meet to be considered for a place on a university course. But, each year many universities accept students with lower grades. The bar chart below shows the actual UCAS tariff points of students currently on this course.

Required subjects for Orthoptics BSc Hons at University of Liverpool
Three A2 Levels (or two A2 Levels and two AS Levels with potential higher grades required) with at least one of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Psychology or Mathematics to full A-Level.
Note: General Studies is not accepted
Higher grades may be required from resit students and Applied Science A2 Level must be accompanied by another Science A-Level, not applied.
For applicants from England: Where a science has been taken at A level (Chemistry, Biology or Physics), a pass in the Science practical of each subject will be required.

Would say that due to covid experience has been limited and wouldn’t say teaching was value for money as it has been very difficult working online for sometimes 6 hours a days, limited stimulation or interaction. However, on campus clinical skills sessions have been interesting as well as most of the course content. read more
