I have mixed opinions. Firstly, due to the strike and only having 10 hours of courses per week make the value for money improvable. Nothing much to say about teaching quality, some lecturers were very engaging and interactive, some less (in both cases, I shall not name them). My personal tutor has done a phenomenal job, and I feel like I should have checked up with her more often, rather than only when I needed help with something. The course content, like the teaching quality varies strongly amongst courses, with my overall impression being generally positive. That being said, I strongly believe that Writing Liberal Arts module should be in the first semester, to start us off with the theory if what makes a good academic essay, to transfer these skills in other domains. Also I personally had troubke keeping uo with the concepts discussed in that specific course, especially considering that this is a complsory one, which I wish was not the case. Good impression for job prospects. read more

The teachers are great, especially my personal tutor, and I enjoy the variation but usually Liberal Arts requires some Maths/ Science component and for whatever reason we do not do that at KCL. I think it would be important to add this for the interdisciplinary aspect. read more
