Management of the building (Lisbeth) made the stay worth while. Unfortunately, the large number of plumbing, leaking, heating and security issues alongside the extortionate price was disappointing. No social space is also a shame. Southward facing rooms are hot all year round even with shoddy windows. Big thanks to Lisbeth for making an effort to make the building more of a home as I can imagine it would be a very different experience otherwise.

Lisbeth is a credit to the halls, she works so hard for everyone to constantly improve the spaces.
Friendly environment in a great location. However, there is a lack of social spaces to enhance the community feel, despite the best efforts of community group chats. Nevertheless, Lisbeth Campos, Customer service is welcoming and kind to all residents.
Thanks for providing this feedback. We’re sorry to hear some of the things haven’t quite been to the level we strive to achieve. We do hold events every month. However, events held with no social space is generally through visiting student flats.
My overall experience is pretty great ! The customer service advisor (Lisbeth) is soo nice and is always here for us. The service is pretty great too. However, the only thing missing is real communal area and social event.

This accomodation is good for student life, it is very quiet and in a good, safe zone of London. It is very close to the train station which is a great advantage, connecting you with London in about 25 minutes. There are plenty of pubs around, and plenty grocery shops. This place has kitchens in all of the apartments, which is a big plus for someone who loves cooking. However, one may observe that it lacks quite a lot of amenities, like a common room or social events. After a great experience living in boarding, I feel quite disappointed about how things are being handled in here. In my apartment, we had a problem concerning the showers, and it took 2 weeks for this to be resolved. I didn't get annoyed with the staff in the accomodation, but with the people that I complained to, that sent me back to the people I have already spoken to, which clearly stated that the issue was out of their hands. I would recommend this to other people, if they would like to live on a budget.
