Great accommodation with lovely staff who are always fast at fixing any issues
Overall very good value for money. The staff is friendly and prompt in their help especially when it comes to repairs. They organise a lot of creative activities at regular intervals and ensure that you feel like a part here. The London is brilliant with access to a tube station, a park and a huge shopping center at a 5 min walk.
Overall very good, good value for money. The reception is very welcoming and the service is very good, but the working hours are only from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, so it is sometimes not very convenient to collect the parcels. All reports of repairs were very prompt. There is a construction site right next to the flat, but the noise is controlled and I think it basically does not affect daily life. The only thing I am not too happy about is that the sound insulation between the walls is not very good, you can hear the sound from the next room during the day and occasionally you can hear footsteps from upstairs when it is late at night.
The value for money is okay. It is not the best accommodation and you have to rely on whether or not your flat mates aren't dirty. I used to live on the ground floor which isn't that great for lighting if you're a content creator or anything of that sort. The rooms are decent and spacious. I just personally didn't like it because I have seen rats/mouses, have had quite a few maintenance problems in the shared areas and this was during covid so you can imagine the anxiety. Not much diversity either.
Amazing staff, would sit and listen to your life story while up to their neck in work! Place has a really nice community spirit - always something going on!
Living abroad can be very difficult but at Landale I found my British home! And Mey is amazing, she helped me since the first moment!

The location is really perfect as it is close to tube station and bus station. Also, staff are really nice, they are always helpful and support. This is my second year in Landale house and I would like to stay there in future, it makes me feel as comfortable as at home
Landale House meets all the requirements of a student accommodation. It is cleaned regularly, they respond to our needs promptly and it is a perfect space for a student's social and educational life.

Landale is a great place to to live, there is always something going on either competitions or giveaways. All the property team are so lovely and helpful and always there if you need to talk. Close to the tube commuting across London is so easy.
Staff have made this place my home away from home in this unprecedented time. Everyone has been really helpful and with the new renovation and ideal location next to Canada Water station and shopping centre it’s a great place to stay!

Landale home was personally a great experience for me and I have made life long friends that I live with to this day. The management is so kind and understanding even if I accidentally send an amazon parcel today they would still hold on to it and contact me even though I no longer live at Landale. Canada Water was so close to Landale for such a great price, I have been unable to find a property so close to a station for the same as what I paid as a student at Landale House. During my time at Landale, I would enjoy the nearby pubs, cinema and gigantic shopping centre as well as the student lifestyle that is encouraged by the staff. I personally enjoyed my time and experience so much at Landale that I still live in the docklands a year later.

The house is in a great location, 5-min walk to Canada Water Station, 5-min walk to Tesco Extra or Sainsbury' s, 1-min walk to gym. A safe and quiet place to live. Fantastic value for money!

Stayed at Landale last year. Location is great, Canada Water station is 3 min walk, shopping is just as close. Staff is awesome and actually respond to issues very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely reccomend.

I was there for 2 years and really enjoyed my time here! Really good location with proximity to the station and shopping centre. The rooms are big and spacious. Many events are held in the common room so you’ll get many opportunities to socialise! Lastly, the management is amazing!

Have been staying at Landale House for the past 2 years and have had an amazing experience! Staff are very friendly and always quick to address any issues. The location is perfect as you have a large tesco's 5min away, southwark park, and the canada water station all nearby. For the price and location in London, the rooms are also very good.

Came during covid lockdown times, was very well taken cared of. Internet may be slow sometimes because everyone is using the same wifi. Great view. Recommend the premium rooms (Standard rooms seemed a bit small to me but it depends on how much things you have/your course) Kitchen indoor spaces are not as spacious but it does come with an accompanying balcony. Location wise, price wise and weekday reception welcome wise it is pretty much the best offer you can get for a private student accommodation in zone 2 London.

This accommodation is full of friendly and welcoming people, I feel lucky to have met them this year. Despite being in the middle of a global pandemic, management go above and beyond to provide socially distanced activities for us to be doing to keep us occupied during lockdown. Things like wifi and laundry prices could definitely be improved but the overall running of the property is great.

Awesome student accommodation... Spending my third and final year here. The staff are very welcoming and they've always responded quickly whenever I've had an issue. It is also a three minute walk from the tube station, as well as to the local supermarket, shopping centre, library and restaurants.

Very nice students accommodation with reasonable price. Just a walking distance to Tesco Extra, Sainsburys and Lidl, and also very near to the biggest seafood market Billingsaate. 3 minutes to Canada Water Underground Station. The reception Guy and Mey are very friendly. Students are from different countries and different universities like KCL, CASS, UCL, UAL)

Excellent location, 1 minute away from Canada Water Station, central London 15 minutes away. Generally friendly students and very helpful and social staff, you can tell genuinely care about the accommodation and responding to resident needs.

Brilliant place to stay, the property managers are lovely people and are easy to talk to about whatever issue you have. Been doing gardening today with the managers and some other residents of the hall, which is extremely rare for London. There are more and more events being put on to create a social space, so far I've attended a Fight Club movie night, a handful of meet-and-greet type things, and doing the gardening today. This looks like I'm writing this at gunpoint, but genuinely this is the best student accommodation I've lived in. Definitely worth having a look.
