Do not use Hello Student or Empiric Student Properties. Absolutely terrible customer service, tiny rooms with the heating always on, everything breaks, and they will take ages to fix anything. CSA is never on site. Use anything else in Oxford

Stonemason House is a lovely place to live with friendly students and a great location to not only live but to also get around for my studies and also social events. One of the best locations in Oxford! I couldn't have asked for a better site manger she is always going above and beyond for us all, Martella's office door is always open for a chat or for us to be able to raise jobs. I enjoy our chats and also the support she gives not only myself but I see how she is towards the rest of the residence. Martella makes Stonemason House a place you want to live. As Martella tells us this is not just student accommodation its our home and living here make me feel part of a family. She brings warm, fun energy to our site every single day being responsive but also a great listener and problem solver. It would make a better accommodation if there was a communal area for us to get together and socialise outside of our rooms and apartments. It's needed here and I feel all students would benefit.
