I lived there last year and the money was not worth it. The kitchen was too small between me and 7 flatmates. Fridge and cupboard space was terrible, in my room itself. Everything was nice besides the blank white painted walls but i covered it all in posters. Chairs were an issues as in the kitchen it was 3 chairs between 7 of us. The cleaner came twice a week to clean the kitchen and communal bathroom and shower and she did a fantastic job. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go into this hall. There are better ones on Northampton University Campus.
