The hall looks exactly how it is shown in the pictures - clean and overall alright. The location might be the only issue that I had, however, the bus come frequently and the bus stop is only a few meters away from the hall - so that's quite convenient. It is managed very well - the manager responds quickly and really is able to help you pretty much everything. The kitchen is quite clean and the free launfry facilities are a big plus. Stayed here for 2 years already and booked it for the 3rd - the hall is very convenient for those who do a lot of work at home as it is calm and quiet so you will never find yourself disturbed by noise or partying. You are not allowed to have people stay overnight, which might be one of the minuses of the hall.

It is not a safe place as some of the tenants deliberately steal food and drinks. Reported the issue to management who has defined it as a “private matter”. Hence many have left since October 2020...Common areas get cleared daily from monday to friday, but especially during the weekend kitchens can become a real mess. Dishwasher used as storage unit or not fully working is a common thing. The accommodation occupies the right side of the complex while the central and left side are are part of the Male Grammar School. From 8am to 4pm, school students (dozens...) play football in the yard next to the Halls of Residence making it very difficult to carry on studying as, being them teenagers, and in groups of 50s at every break (every hour more or less). During the weekend school students’ brothers and sisters come to the school for extra curricular activities. The hall is clean and quiet - perfect for students - creates a good environment to study. Room was exactly as I expected it to be from the pictures. The manager always responds to every issue quickly. Overall - was very happy in the hall during the first year and booked it for the next year.
