The value of living at this accomodation isn't what I aspect for paying around £150 a week for. The fire alarm pretty much goes off on a daily basis for no reason (sometimes early in the morning), most of the junior wardens are hopeless with sorting out problems and even the people in charge are hopeless. This is because our heater has been broken since before September and we still don't have a new one even though they know about it. They also said to us before we moved in that the room is for two people, but, the bed is only 3/4. The parking is redicilous because we have reserved parking at the accomodation and we can't always park in our space. Also, there was one time when there was loads of building vehicles taking over the car park out of the blue. My mum was coming to see me. Since there was no way of getting into the car park, she thought the snow island car park was part of my accomodation but she ended up getting a fine. People who live there aren't very social at all.
