Nice enough flat to live in but getting things repaired in your flat is impossible. All the staff are really friendly and nice but when you report something it can takes months to fix. If they'd sort that out, it would be better value. I also wish they'd take more time to put you into a flat with people you'd get along with because my flat mates haven't exactly been great this year and we're nothing alike. They should at least put you with people on the same year/people who are the same age. Also the halls have had 3 different companies owning it since September when I moved in. It's kinda ridiculous
