I really like to stay in Scape , it’s quite a cool place and the staff are very kind
All female selfish and mostly incompetent and disruptive management. No assistance from staff and beware if you complain about noise from the 3am outside your window smoking, loud talking, care less security (who always have a sign up at reception "back in five minutes".). This sign is up in the day as well!! Unauthorised access to my room. No room power for hours, security staff could not find the fuse though have to know this. Made complaint about security loud chat at 3am and was told to f off. Clueless residential manageress thinks managing is having no discipline over her do anything staff. Site door entry opens for a good 14 seconds, no security often, so anyone can walk in behind you. Unsafe in a dodgy area. Be wary of staying at female run accommodation, 8/10 times their idea of managing is do nothing, monitor nothing, with cleaners and maintenance reporting to themselves. Madness. Standards are predictably low. Avoid.
They’re holding student financially hostage by making us pay for rent during this pandemic when some international students HAD to go back home. Universities and even the government urged internationals to return home before the closure of boarders so we left with no choice. Scape still wants us to pay while other private halls are waiving the third instalment. Don’t recommend at all!
Very cool location. Super furnished rooms! great lounges and super friendly people!
Thank you very much.

The best halls were St Mary’s but they’ve been sold.
