Noisy af, 20 minutes walk from campus and almost an hour from the city centre - bottom line, don't live here if you actually want to accomplish anything with your time other than getting drunk at flat parties, nor if you'd like to get any sleep at all. No cleaning took place that I was aware of, not even the public areas (staircase). There's no proper common area for the block (just the kitchen/living rooms of each flat). The on-site shop is ridiculously overpriced and the nearest shop (Lidl) is a hilly 1 mile walk away so feels like a b**** to get to in winter. Basically, if you're coming to Aberdeen and you're not a 24/7 party person, try to find a private flat somewhere. Don't go into halls, especially not Hillhead. Crombie and the Unite ones are marginally better noise and location wise.
