Only good thing is the location! Social spaces include one room which in comparison to other accommodations in wembley is pathetic. One member of reception was always lovely however the others were all very rude and patronising. My room came with stains all over the carpet which were never fixed. There is also very limited storage in both your room and shared kitchen space. The doors are locked using key fobs rather than keys which were useless for me as my door lock ran out of battery every 2 weeks at least! I asked them multiple times to change the whole lock so it would stop happening however every time they just went with the cheap option of changing the batteries. I once came back to my room from being at home for a week and my shower head was shattered and on the floor. Still to this day i’m convinced someone had been in my room and broken it as shower heads don’t just fall off by themselves! Guest policies are also ridiculous I don’t advice anyone to stay here!
