Paragon is, and from research, always has been atrocious. The building is unsafe, this company (Notting Hill Genesis) are happy to put you at risk for their profits. Their staff are rude, and frankly have no idea what’s going on- ever. No cleaning or waste removal in 4 weeks now, there are 15 bin bags in our kitchen. Hot water in the kitchen is scarce. Kitchen is poorly put together, most appliances are damaged such as the over and the kitchen taps, the kitchen and the toaster. The WiFi in the bedrooms are poor, and disconnect a few times each day. The shower has good water pressure, but that’s about as good as Paragon gets. The rooms are small, but a reasonable floor space, large windows offer my bedroom a lot of light. The paint has peeled off my ceiling from the previous resident (I don’t mind but the information pack given to residents suggests Paragon are very strict on damage- clearly they just don’t care). Staff lost our post too. The staff are shocking!
I would strongly advise that you don't go to paragon student lets. It's overpriced, covered in scaffolding thats been there for years, the security are rude. You're not allowed to make noise after 11pm even on thee weekends, there's no sense of a student community and it takes at least 30 minutes on public transport to get anywhere interesting.
