At the time of writing, a room at Sundial Court is a ridiculous £196pcw but next year you'll have to throw away an outrageous £210pcw. Even if you are fortunate enough to be placed in one of the few well-maintained flats, I can say with certainty they are not even on par with properties I have viewed at 3/4 the cost with bills excluded. Poorly furnished, damp, dark and noisy. The management and staff are a real mixed bag. The cleaning staff are always charming and extremely helpful and the security for reception during the day are friendly. However, the management are pathetic. Prepare to be harassed by the infamously aggressive Senior Facilities Manager Cathy Gigery, who often needs to be reigned in by her colleagues and by the night security. Expect a fire alarm evacuation almost every week (I stopped staying the night and felt better for it, others weren't so lucky) and anything but the most essential flat maintenance to go untended. Don't let them cheat you and go anywhere else.
