There are 3 floors with no lifts so you’ve got to walk up the stairs which isn’t practical when you’ve got loads of shopping. The walls are yellow so it looks like a care home. The rooms are extremely old fashioned in comparison to other accommodations. The ensuite bathrooms are tiny. Overall, if you get offered this accommodation, decline it.

Very good for social life but looks very run down
I have lived in The Summit for my last year in University of Leicester. Location is about 20 mins to walk to uni and 10 nins to centrr. Rooms are great. Ony studios in that hall.
