Bowder Court is among the most expensive accommodation at the University of Leicester's Oadby Student village - all of BC is self catered en suite, £149.10 a week, 39 week contract. The upsides of this are a big room (single bed) with a large desk, shelves, wardrobe, shelves etc, a huge kitchen fit with 6 person dining table, two sofas, a kitchen island, extortionate number of cupboards and lots of workspace. The downside is paying for a tiny, grimy en suite. Yes, it is an en suite, which I will certainly miss moving out of halls, but it is small, and gross. John Foster Halls also have self catered en suite, still with a decent sized room (but not quite as big), but a full sized bathroom with proper shower cubicle. In JoFo you sacrifice your huge kitchen but it really depends what your priorities are. Wifi is awful, but cable connection is good.
