All brand new so very clean and spacious. Social as able to sit in the kitchen and watch tv with flatmates. Furthest away from the Forum, but still not a long walk. The internet and signal in rooms and kitchen is awful.

Ceiling was leaking, spiders all over the kitchen and building, awful smell on the way to the kitchen, doorbell always broke, hot water not available during the winter

Some of the most expensive halls on campus, classed as premium en-suite, for this price you get a bath and, if you're lucky a large room, sometimes with a balcony. The kitchen is small. Everything is old. You have 3 flatmates, if you don't get on, tough. These halls are located on the very edge of campus, like a forgotten afterthought. Feels more like you're living in Mile End (which is rough) than a uni campus. There is no common room/no communal space. There is a table built in to the window in the kitchen which seats about 4, not that you'll see anyone in there. Upon entering your building, you are able to access any kitchen on any floor. If anyone leaves their room door unlocked, you are able to walk right in. The people you're with in these halls can really make or break you experience. For any unlucky student to be stuck in here: There's not really "flats" just houses. So if you're 5B, and your mate is 5F, you'll be in the same house but on different floors. Glad to be leaving.
