Good experience, well cleaned however the kitchen could be better. Although this is a student issue not a staff issue
Thank you for your feedback. We do stress to residents that it is important to clean up after using facilities. If this persists please contact your Accommodation manager.

Overall good service, however problems do take a while to be solved. When I moved in my light didn't work it took them 2 weeks to change the lightbulb.. from then on the fuse kept tripping leaving me in darkness at night most evenings, the security team dealt with is through quick fixes however it kept coming back and nobody has bothered to sort anything out. It is also very cold when they do not put on the heating for the house, on the other hand it's incredibly hot when it is on as there is no way of changing the settings or turning it off when your are warm, it is on 24/7 unless the temp outside rising but a certain amount for 3 days straight! otherwise as I pay £115 a week for everything in London, it's pretty good value really!
