-Nice, big kitchen with actual table. -Proper flats so you share with 5 other people. -No common rooms with TV etc, only in other hall on the same site, only open evenings. -Windows are terrible - draughty and not good at stopping noise. Décor is ok but would be better with laminate flooring. Curtains let light through. -Not very sound-proof. -Laundrette is expensive and there's often not a machine working. - Good location - round the corner from the tube station (Northern Line), enough shops around the area. Around 20 minutes walk to the university. If you're not too bothered about being next to the university or common rooms with TVs, Platt Halls are the best halls Middlesex offers, despite the negatives.

The wifi is literally the worst in the world. They should get wifi routers for each flat instead of using a large service for everyone that doesn't work. Even in the laundry room when you are doing laundry after purchasing the service on your app it will go out. It's shit

Best social parties, can stay outside late, close to uni and tescos plus 500 students. Ivy looks like a prison.
