I am livid! I can understand if this hostile refuses to refund customers for bad reasons like finding a cheaper place once the customer bought a reservation. But when the customer's flight thereto is cancelled and there is NOTHING the customer can do about it, then if the hostile will not refund any of the cost, that is wrong!!! They are a hostele that only cares about customers before they pay. After the hotel has been payed, the customer is chopped liver! I am so ticked off! I will be in London again, but I will not book with them! Fellow travelers, you have been warned!

Overall the place is a great location as it is located near Tate Modern and many other attractions. The rooms are neat as well. However the staff there can be really rude and as much as I hate to mention this, they can be really racist. Plenty of my friends have had terrible experience with them as they are rude and always international students differently from the local students.

[Master Student Review] : Great Student Hall. Perfect location [15-20 minutes away from the LSE by feet]. Had an amazing experience. Available facilities are great to meet people, share knowledge, experiences and of course having fun. Would obviously recommend !
