Communal Facilities are dilapidated but still functional. The hall is quite old, so dont expect the standard you would get in Princes Gardens. However the rooms are often quite big, the kitchens are large and shared between many people (good way to meet people), and you are in an excellent location - really close to bus and tube stops, and local shops. There is an excellent kitchen atmosphere due to the fact that so many people share it.
