As a new student to the city of liverpool i think this accommodation is in the perfect location, a short walk to the centre of the city and a short walk to my place of study. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and as a resident you feel comfortable speaking to them about any issues you may have. During the first week activities were held in the communal area allowing students from different flats to mingle and make new friends, i think this is an important part of university and having the accommodation organise events for us really helped people settle in. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone interested in studying in liverpool as my whole experience since moving in has been perfect.

I really enjoy living in Grenville student accommodation, as being a student who has traveled from across the water it feels very like home and everyone is so kind and welcoming.
Couldn’t have asked for better! It’s clean, it’s nice, staff are super friendly and helpful, it’s right in town and 15 minutes from my uni. Absolutely love it!

It’s a great apartment in a great location in Liverpool. Just a little far away from the campus and there are no buses to the university of Liverpool or john moores so if it rains heavily it’s not a great walk to campus (20 minutes to UofLiverpool). I wish there were more bus routes but I love the apartment and location too much, I would 100% recommend to anyone.
I love staying at Grenville, the staff are kind and rooms spacial enough for all the belongings I need and more.

Great value for money, I was so surprised at the size of the bedrooms and kitchen/ living area! The staff are lovely, always so friendly and say hello to you when they see you! Also always have freebies at the desk and decorate for the holidays. Location is really good, especially for nights out as it’s a 5 min walk, also very close to Liverpool One and a few shops. Transport access is great as when I have to travel to the airport there’s a bus stop 5 mins away.

Really lovely environment. Kind and attentive staff. Clean and tidy in common areas always and a sense of safety and home.
Staff were really lovely, room was nice, desk space was excellent. Only issue I had was the shower wasnt great as there was no door and occasionally silverfish but otherwise pretty good.

Pros: • Excellent staff. Always kind and outgoing to make it a lovely place to live. Macauley is the bright, welcoming and always there to help. He’s especially very approachable and always has a smile on his face. • Loved the advent calendar at christmas and the gifts at the desk throughout the year. • Rooms are very spacious and was cleaned superbly when moving in. • Fantastic location for shopping, getting food and very close to concert square so these made student life very easy. Cons: • I found the utilities in the flat rather outdated, unclean or minimum. Such as the fridge having a strange smell when moving in, the oven being very unclean and an abundance of hair and food in the sink which we had to clean out when moving in. • Despite the staff being a great help, our window in the kitchen was broken from when we moved in, and was never fixed throughout the year. • The bald security guy wouldn’t give me my delivery, and wouldn’t check. Found he was lazy + unhelpful
The location in great for the price because it’s quiet but still central, everything you might need is within walking distance. The staff are lovely and very helpful, especially the maintenance staff. They remember people by name and always strike up a conversation when you walk by. Definitely staying for another year😊
I have loved living at Grenville, the staff are so lovely and sort any problems out with urgency. It’s a small walk to the town centre. My room is just the right size.

Great place to live, excellent location!
The accommodation loacation is the best, quiet and helpful for studying. However, students can affect that due to the walls of the rooms being thin and you can hear most conversations from the room next to you which is a little irritating. Most of the staff are friendly. Overall, it’s the location that makes it so good, easy to get to class and not to far from the city centre.
I have lived at Grenville street for 2 years. My experience here has been exceptional, the Accommodation manger Joanne and assistant manager Abi are always happy to help with literally anything they always go above and beyond. They will always have time for you and the caretakers and the rest of the team are really helpful and are always fast to resolve any maintenance issues. Rooms are spacious and the courtyard is a nice feature to the building, it gives a perfect view of the sunset. The price is affordable and in my experience the best value for money in the area. I cannot thank Joanne and Abi enough! 5 stars!

My experience living here over the past year has been great. Everyone on the team are friendly and very helpful and make everyone feel welcome which is great when it's your first time living away from home. If there ever was an issue they're all more than happy to help and if anything was broken they'd come and fix it straight away.

Lovely clean accomadation, 10 minutes from everything central in liverpool! You cannot beat it! Only downside is you have to pay for washing and drying which is a pain considering you're paying 121 a week but in considering all other accomadation does the same it's not so much a hassle as the accomadation itself if really nice
