St Margaret Halls are great to stay in because it gives you the opportunity to meet so many new people as they are the largest corridors on campus with around 30 girls/boys to a corridor. The corridors are not mixed sex which was fine for me, the main criticism I have is that the facilities are prone to breaking, for example the hob in my kitchen broke and the freezer in one of the other kitchens broke and it took around 2 weeks for them to be seen to/fixed. As there aren't too many facilities between a large number of us this could be frustrating. However, on the whole, I enjoyed staying in these halls and saved lots of money as they are the cheapest!
