These Halls are perfect for social interactions. With students coming from all over the world, Royal Park Flats gives the perfect opportunity to meet with as many as possible due to the common residences and friendly neighborhood. Situated next to Sainsbury's and other local shops like Abu Bakr, getting day to day stuff and a 20 min walk to ASDA & ALDI helps with monthly groceries. Just 10 min walk to Uni of Leeds and 20 mins walk to city centre, these Halls are just at perfect spot of being in a quiet place, but not far from the "city lights". It was a lovely stay there.

The room is affordable and comfortable. Kitchen is little.small and the eating space is narrow. This is the most unsatisfied thing. Although not so many people here, but the event is many and you will feel close with others. Worth your money. Very Safe. Closer to the business school compared with halls on burley road.

It was okay. Didn't make friends, location was rough and room reminded me of a prison cell with bear breeze block walls.

Loved it, loved my flat mates, loved the location, only annoying thing is that there aren't more of us and we didn't get a lounge
