Best uni halls for beckett, good price and incredible social experience

Carlton hill is decent. I lived in the spens block and the house and common area were pretty small! It does have a nice big tv tho. We’ve called the repair team many times while here, a lot of things feel like they go wrong and the appliances feel a little cheap. The halls are not cleaned by unipol, only once in the Christmas holidays will they do a little clean in the hallways and bathrooms. I wouldn’t recommend you buy the small room at all! It means you live on the bottom floor with the common room , so good luck trying to sleep if there’s others friends over or parties.(you can also hear the whole street) I know ppl who live in there have to have earbuds n sleeping pills . WiFi is decent tbh for things like laptop n phone But for TV sometimes at peak times it will just not load a thing Also, upon arriving they only give you an ironing board (you have to bring iron), and you bed with a mattress and sort of overlay. They don’t give Cutlery, a microwave,Kettle

The best halls - rooms are much bigger than normal uni rooms and the best for parties and socialising

Close to everything. End up making loads of friends with neighbors and great spaces for a party in the flat

Loved Carlton hill, didn't want to leave!
