I really enjoyed living here but the value for money and cleaning aspects really let it down. The cleaning rota system seems doable at first if not a bit inconvenient, but as University gets more intense it can be hard to keep up with scrubbing floors every Monday night or Tuesday morning. I've been fined about 3 times most recently for not cleaning the fridge to an adequate standard- I didn't think it was my place to blanket my flatmates food in warm soapy water I'm a tidy person myself but no one expects a showroom when in student accommodation, the standards are just brutal, you could wait up till 3am waiting for your flatmates to sleep so you can sneak in and wipe the worktops only to receive an invoice for £20 if someone leaves a tea stain while you're at a 9am lecture. Focusing on the negatives but walking on eggshells 2 days a week for 38 weeks is quite annoying
