Since it was my first time living abroad, I had concerns about security, but after seeing this place, my ideas completely changed and I stayed safely. Cleaning, internet, hot water and heating services are also very good.

The location of the accommodation hall is reasonable, it is near the gym and the convenience store, and it only takes within 10 minutes to the main school building area. And also the room is big and comfortable enough, I can take rest without any worry.
The cleaning staffs and security are wonderful people and very nice work without prejudice and ethical, caring and professional. The halls office staffs are good but a few of them may need professional guide on people management especially working with people of diverse ethnicity
It’s a beautiful location, clean, and people are really nice. Although I do feel lack of elevator in some of the buildings is a bit difficult, but other than that it’s a perfect place to live throughout your university years.
Good facilities, ensuite bathroom. Rather dated decor but the onsite security is an excellent safety feature. The fire drills at 3am are not welcome however they are needed to practice for any real fire.
Whilst living in halls is great, at times it felt very controlled. I did not feel supported by my flat mentor and know that this experience was individual to my hall. The location and flatmates I had were wonderful.
Have loved living in halls the rooms are nice, relatively large with good wifi

Glyder halls is in a very social area, I enjoyed the almost 'campus' like experience in this halls of residence
Lovely halls. Not the newest of friddoedd halls but more spacious and friendly looking than the newest/oldest ones. Good location for uni, security, Laundry and town. Good kitchen which makes socialising easy and warden system is very good too.
In a really good location and facilities were everything you need as a student, experience kind of depends on who you're living with though.
the room is a pleasant space and in a good location, however the wifi / internet signal is pretty bad, and there isnt a common room

Smart halls which have larger bathrooms than the older halls and modern ! 8 share a kitchen but its fine because there is lots of space and they help you to make friends for life.
glyder is one of the older buildings and is considerably smaller and not as nice as the new buildings. The new buildings have larger rooms, hallways and a large kitchen with dining space and sofa's. Glyder lacks and social chill space, the dining area is somewhat crammed and uncomfortable. The rooms look a bit prison like. However living here is much cheaper. But you are expected to move out all your things for Easter holiday which is extremely awkward if you don't live near. All of the People in our flat did not apply for Glyder, but as we applied closer to the deadline, there was no space left.
Amazing ! Really nice rooms with good sized bathroom and storag . good kitchen with everything you need- gets cleaned once a week which is great. Overall they were brill
Bins need cleaning more on a weekend because they fill fast
£106 was good value for en suit with maintenance, gas water etc in my opinion. First weekly cleaner was miserable and threw away some posters, the cleaner we have now is lovely but leaves everything on the table still. Kitchen checks can be a pain and to find this isn't done in other Uni's is quite annoying. The hall is mainly clearing and late appliers but everyone is mad and lovely, i wouldn't trade it for another hall.
