Halls are very bad condition, uncleaned, random flatmates are hostile. The halls are super overpriced.

NOT CLEAN - in fact absolutely mingin! Un-speakable things were found and the beds were totally unsanitary. Would 10/10 not recommend living here...
Had a great year here, would definitely recommend. Would say to anyone to choose this over the en suite flats, a Garnett flat of 6 bedrooms has 2 showers and I've never had to wait to one so you can save yourself £30 a week! Pairing of flatmates is a bit hit or miss, some of us got on really well and I can see us being friends for life, whereas some flatmates didn't socialize at all. WiFi is amazing and if you have a problem with it the halls staff will help you out. Location is great, right next to the library as well as the postal collection point. Flats are cleaned once a week which is nice but the cleaners won't clean it unless it's in a suitable state so often you have to do a "pre-clean" the night before - (depends on how tidy everyone is). Had the best year here Garnett is the perfect Halls!
Halls are good condition ad regularly cleaned as well, undivided about the pairing of flatmates as some are good fun whilst others are simply boring and never socialise wit the rest of us.
Very pleasant to live in, good quality living room/kitchen. Easy access to uni building. Weak wifi signal in living room and quite expensive in comparison to private flats.
I've loved my time here and am happy with the new renovations.
I've love my time at Garnett Hall. The location is nice and the building newly renovated.
The cleaning isn' very consistent and not always thourough. I had lot of fun with my flatmates, anf really enjoyed the garden in front of it. Great price/quality ratio overall
Excellent fun staying in halls, though could be more affordable especially for the quality of room. Great location, though!
Brilliant value for money, good balance of cheap enough to be affordable but still be a nice place to live
Garnett Hall is terrible value for money. It isn't worth half of what we pay. They are liveable, but not enjoyable by any means. The negatives: laundry facilities, showers, our oven, peeling, broken cupboards, intermittent wifi, getting help, the decoration: yellow and black walls with pink plastic curtains, complete with holes. And green dentist chairs. The positives: we have a cleaner who comes once a week, and everyone living here is very friendly. It's also really well located.
