Old building so things like Windows don't open without a fight, bins no where near the halls and the cleaners just dump the bin bags in the middle of the kitchen floor. There is one room for 70 people to use which is no where near big enough. Door keys can snap in the door during winter and you have to pay for a replacement even though the door broke it. WiFi is very temperamental but is ok when it works.
Not worth the £2,000 pounds a term. Half the things in our flat is broken. When we moved in they hadn't cleaned the flag! Every time we open our oven the fire alarm goes off. The hall outside always stinks of weed and is never cleaned. Nobody socialises outside the flat tbh ! And it's super depressing. Staff are rude and unhelpful
