Stayed here as its within walking distance to Dundee & Angus College. Quiet and rooms are fine. I was lucky with the flatmates I had, who were all fab. There isnt any social stuff really, but its dead central for buses to and fro town. Wifi never let me down. Place is spotless. Staff friendly enough. No probs.

Requested accomodation in January-Feb ring them every single week to make sure they processing my application because apparently if I don't call nothing is done and make a payment, they tell me that the way they work is they give rooms to people who want to move in sooner and I will get mine closer to my move in date. 2 Weeks to the start of the semester in september I get an email not even a call saying they over booked and I won't have a space. Lovely now all accoms in the city are full and they tell me that they's nothing they can do. please don't ever sue these guys or trust them
I stay here for several months as Erasmus student and really enjoy. Flat was clean and bus's are regular into Universities and city centre. Staff were friendly and help me to gain a sense of direction and settle in. No problems getting deposit return. I felt safe with CCTV and staff who live on site to help if needing anything or forget my keys.

Comfortable private room with communal kitchen and sitting area. Laundry is not expensive compared to elsewhere. I prefer quiet location as it only bus ride or walk into university. Staff have always been helpful, especially when I loose my bag and keys. Small garage next to flats is open 24 hours which also good. I return again this year. Staff kindly store my belongings over summer and take delivery and store my new cycle. Some complain of wifi, but I not have problem with this. Two of my flatmates from last year return with me to same flat, which staff have arrange. I no problem here.
I thank staff for help me settle during my studies away from home. Room was fine quiet. Nice view of hills from room. Flat clean and warm. I make friends of flat mates and staff. Parking is no charge and on camera for secure. Near Supermarket and staff helpful to guide and store my suitcases. Wifi and laundry to.
STUDENTS BEWARE. Kingsway lie a lot. Management is all over the place. The costs are wrong,management has double standards for every tennant, example; I paid less per month than someone in the same flat as me in the same situation as me. I was bullied incesantly for months by another tennant and the management "dealt with it" by threatening to evict the entire flat including people who weren't involved or even aware of the bullying. Cleaners would come in unannounced and were extremely unpleasant and unpredictable. WiFi was so temperamental and thee staff weren't even aware of where the routers were located. I often got post neglected. Floors were unsafe and never fixed and caused me to fall at times. Believe me there is more I could write.
I've stayed here for seven months and had no difficulties, so I've booked again for the remainder of my studies. The accommodation is well kept with cleaners and friendly staff on site daily. There is lots of car parking, but I just use the secure bike shed (the entire site is monitored by CCTV though). I've always found that staff are helpful and friendly - they stored my belongings over summer when I returned home and have also met my request to share a flat with other students i know this coming term. The Wi-Fi is usually decent both in my room and the rest of the flat, but it's also useful when I'm out on the grass area enjoying some peace of washing my stuff at the laundry. Buses are just two minutes away to and fro uni and the town centre, and there's a supermarket and 24 hour garage right beside us - so I'd recommend it
terrible place to stay, everyone who works here is unprofessional bar one being the caretaker who isnt here anymore
Absolutely appalling. Fob was deactivated multiple times and access to building was restricted. Housekeeper is rude and patronising and the landlord is extremely unprofessional
