The Oaks is a lovely constant to have when uni is constantly changing and it's the best thing to come home from a long day to a clean accomodation, a nice room, and an even better staff team. It's location is convenient and you 1000% get your money's worth. 10/10 I love living here :)

The Oaks Biography
The Oaks is purposefully built student accommodation situated in Warwick. If you are studying at the University of Warwick you can take a short 10-minute walk to get to campus. You have easy transport links to get you wherever you want to be in a heartbeat.
The many communal spaces, social events, games area, rooftop courtyard and gym are great places to hang out with friends, or simply relax when taking a break from studies. For those days when you need to buckle down, you can make use of the study spaces and free WiFi that is available throughout. The on-site laundry facilities, bike storage and 24-hour staff are also there to make your stay as stress-free as possible.
You have a choice of staying in a self-contained studio, complete with a living space, kitchen and bathroom or an en-suite room with a communal kitchen and living space, ideal for sharing with friends! All of the rooms have a modern, homey feel and have plenty of storage space, study desk and chair.

The social spaces are good and it’s very comfortable. But my block is quite warm sometimes and the toilet in my room didn’t work even though maintenance men have come to my room but Ali had helped me contact maintenance men

Ok their website they advertise the property to be a 10min walk away from campus: in reality it’s more like 20-25mins. There are no grocery stores nearby (next Tesco is a 40mins walk). The elevator in my block has been broken for 2 months. Also I Pay 60£ a Week more for my room than for the cheapest room they have and there is no significant difference. They even startet relabeling en suite bronzes as en suite classic to sell them for a lower price. Additionally, the plumbing system is very unreliable and the shower drains clog ver often.

The oaks has been my home for 2 years now! I am very grateful to have found this accommodation. This year was quite packed which meant that at times the service was slower than usual, but nevertheless the kind staff and amazing social spaces make up for it. Casey, Lyndsey and everyone else are always warm and friendly. The gym is quite conveniently located which allows me to get my workout in 4-5 days a week! Campus walk is around 20 mins but not too bad considering I get to skip the bus. Overall, I love staying here <3 would definitely recommend.

Worst Accommodation ever! 1. They charge unnecessary charges on the deposit amount, I was charged £226 in the end. 2. Their lift was broken most of the time due to some or the other reason (Forcefully had to climb stairs till 4th floor) 3. Doors were not opening (They were automatic) because there was some problem with them, they were not waterproof, so whenever it was raining, they had this issue. 4. At reception, for half of the year, their ink in printer was not there 5. Some staff members like the maintenance team was very nice, rest are kind of rude while talking

It's a great place to live! The management team is very friendly. They are available 24/7 and would help out even at night. The social spaces are absolutely lovely, especially the ones in the new building. The vending machines are just what you need when you run out of snacks. Would totally recommend it!

The Oaks is a lovely area to live in. It is quiet which helps in busy study periods. The hosting kitchen is lovely for private parties or get together. The Night Team are always helpful. I would recommend it and would stay here again.

Overall a really good quality living space which feels modern and sleek. Kind and very convenient reception available 24/7. Maintenance also were very kind, helpful and considerate when conducting their jobs, making sure everything is ok with the room.

I have been living at the Oaks for this academic year and I have already rebooked for next year. The facilities here are lovely, modern and really well kept. I’ve been living in The Oaks during my undergraduate and recommend this accommodation 100%. The staffs are always kind and passionate about offering the best environment for tenants. I've lived here for 2 years now and can honestly say it's brilliant! The staff are very friendly and quick to respond- especially on the night team. The events organised by the oaks are a good way to meet people and overall the new block along with the gym and social spaces are levels above anywhere else this close to campus.

Stayed at this student accommodation for a semester and it was a fantastic experience. The facilities were top-notch and the location was perfect for accessing university and local amenities. The facilities were modern, clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to call home during my studies. But the real highlight of my stay were the two receptionists, Angela and Agnes. They were always friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Whether I had a question about my room, needed advice on local attractions or just wanted a chat, they were always there to help. I highly recommend this accommodation and a special shout-out to Angela and Agnes for their exceptional customer service.

This place is very nice and neat equipped with a gym and laundry room which is quite convenient. Students can enjoy their leisure time by playing cards, table tennis, billiards and so on at the wonderful social areas at the ground floor. BTW, oaks has great service teams whose members are really sweet ~

I really enjoyed my time at the oaks, at first I was a bit sceptical about staying at the student accommodation, however I ended up staying there for 3 years! The reception was always super friendly and welcoming and was always quick to respond to any issues or questions that I was having, and even though students tend to hang out at the lounge or gaming area quite often it was always maintained cleaned! The team really worked hard to make me feel safe, welcoming and part of the community! Thank you for that! I don't tend to leave reviews but honestly looking back at my stay here I highly advise future or current students to look into this place

I had a great time at the oaks! The staff are really friendly and supportive, which was especially good this year with Covid. I would definitely recommend it for the social spaces and facilities as it really adds to the uni experience. I think they could do with adding a suggestion box for students to add their ideas for events etc. But other than that it was fab.

The Oaks. When I moved in the room was absolutely filthy and looked like a construction site so I had to clean the room thoroughly for hours as to not damage my belongings and sleep in a dirty bed (there was even a blade left from retractable knives stuck under my desk, the reception was informed and it was taken care of). Otherwise, the property was kept clean. There was hardly any social life, blaming it at covid but we all mixed between the flats anyway so that maybe wasn't the best approach, but I can understand that it was a tough year. Other aspects and the overall feeling of the accommodation is good, though I wish there was at least one study room with windows (it feels like prison in the windowless ones). Location is amazing and that's what makes Oaks great. Getting more appliances and items into the gym, shared kitchen on 5th floor and the social spaces would certainly enhance the quality of time spent at Oaks.

We take this feedback really seriously and it will ensure future residents are able to have the best experience with us. All of our bedrooms and social spaces have floor to ceiling windows, which really help for a productive studfy environemtn. We have 3 snugs in the heart of the building set up as television rooms which have no windows to give that added privacy. Thank you for your feedback on the gym equipment. This is all brand new and state of the art, and we have taken this feedback on board and will have a much larger gym spoace from Septmebr 2022 as this has been a really popular space. Furniture in room very bad quality. We asked to change our broken oven since October, still not replaced (paid for it). Apart from that, it’s a fun place to be! Good friends and good atmosphere. Distance not too far away from Warwick uni

10 mins walk to University at the same time nestled in a quite corner of a business park. Quite well connected to Coventry city by public transport from multiple bus stops near the Oaks. House keeping & maintenance staff are quick to resolve any concerns within 24 hrs. Open terrace and Lunge for hosting parties are some attractions.

Totally impressed with the accommodation, staff and provided amenities. Good value for cost. The draw-back on the gym and social space usage will be attributed to the lockdown rules/covid 19 pandemic. So it’s not the accommodation’s fault.
