The staff of Premier Student Halls are friendly. The accommodations themselves are nice as well, however a little pricey (which is to be expected from a private accommodation to be fair). Because of the price, I would have expected a little more support. There were no amenities available at all upon arrival except for the most basic ones. Other than paying £675 for rent, I had to buy a toaster, a kettle, lamps for my desk, pillows, blankets, dishes, cutlery, basically all that was provided to me was a bed with a mattress, cupboards and a bathroom. That is fine if I had been told this beforehand, but neither the description nor the pictures I received beforehand hinted at that in any way. There is a private gym included in the price, which is a nice additional perk. What is most bothersome is that the accommodation was advertised to be in Selly Oak, which is the area that is supposed to be closest to the University of Birmingham. The accommodation is actually a 20-30 min walk away
Excellent Accomodation and management by the reception team. The accomodation is located in a nice area, very close to the university and supermarkets as well as parks. Great spacious rooms and all in all a wonderful experience.
I had a very good year at Cadnam Hall during my master studies. The room and the kitchen are very spacious and well equipped. The backyard is also a lovely place to be in. It's located at a walking distance from UoB's main campus (around 20-25 minutes walk) while being far enough from the tumult of the main student areas around campus. Harborne is a very familiar and safe neighbourhood, especially good for those looking for quietness. My complaint would be the inconsistency of the cleaning service of the flat's common areas - the property management is supposed to provide cleaning to the kitchen and living room once a week, but that rarely happened so I would do most of the cleaning myself (which I didn't really mind). The flat's heating was not always the best either and it could get very cold sometimes during winter. Apart from these small issues my experience at Cadnam was overall very satisfactory. I would definitely recommend it.

I have lived here for a year during my Master's degree and have been really happy! It's really close to the uni campus and there is a beautiful park close to it as well. The management is great and always there to help. Perfect for international students like me :)

I've loved the accommodation so much that I've stayed here for two years of my undergraduate! The rooms are spacious, the area is full of greenery, and the University is only a few minute's walks away.

My stay at Cadnam hall has been a wonderful experience. This is because its proximity to both the University of Birmingham and a shopping centre was quite convenient. The size of the rooms and the amenities provided were equally good. I would highly recommend the facility to any international student coming to study in Birmingham University.

I feel like this is a good place to live, because it is close to the supermarket and the university. Bus doesn't take long to get into town and the bus stop is very near. It is well managed place and the environment of studious behaviour.
