This property is one of the best property you can start with as a new international student. If you have no particular work in city centre then you will not even need to go to city centre for food and groceries. Its been more than 7 months for me and I can't imagine a different property to live in. Thr rooms are big and the kitchen are twice thr size what you get at any student accommodation. If you are thinking of this place then just go for it I would recommend this place 100%.

Nice and quiet location outside of the city, great maintenance service

This property is one of the best property you can start with as a new international student. It was god quivered was mouldy and didn’t get cleaned at any point. Other people staying in complex were very loud

Pretty good, moved in with people I know so that was good. The flats look nice it’s just everything breaks so easily due to poor manufacturing

The location is great, with Morrisons just across the road, and it’s helpful to have bills included. But that’s pretty much where the positives end. My kitchen and bathroom hardly look as advertised online - minimal cupboard space (in fact, the washing machine in the kitchen has been so poorly fitted we can’t even open one of the 3 drawers we get amongst the 4 of us). Our bathroom has no windows, and there are exposed pipes and paint coming off the walls. Not to mention that it wasn’t very clean when we moved in, and there were just random bits in the kitchen (half a hoover, a dirty broom). Also the walls are paper thin, but more so than you’d expect in student houses. I have lived in nicer student accommodations for this price and if you want good value for money I’d check other options too.

On the whole, the accommodation is good value for money, especially when considering accommodation prices in Bath. However, the building has regular issues which require maintenance. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help and sort issues out as quickly as possible. The location is very convenient as it is only 1 minute away from a big Morrisons and not too far from the centre.
