Staff/maintenance staff are always happy to help, they help you on the day/next working day which is super fast! Wifi sometimes gets a bit slow but that's not Hello Student's fault. Super close to the city centre and train station, amazing access to loads of places in the city with bus stops nearby. Quite expensive but it's Bath, so understandable...

It’s a good accommodation. The rooms have very less closet space and there are some wifi issues but other than that everything is fine.
